  • 1. SecurePath Program (Keep)

This program empowers homeowners to stay in their homes by making mortgage payments more affordable. With up to eight different workout options, participants may save an average of $200-$700 per month, enjoy fixed payments and interest rates, or even receive a principal reduction of up to 10%. Secure your financial stability and peace of mind with customized solutions to protect your home and up to $15,000 in free grant funding.

  • 2. Fresh Start Program (Sell)

For homeowners ready to sell, our Fresh Start Program offers a seamless selling process through a network of licensed agents and brokers. This includes traditional equity sales and short sale scenarios, along with FREE, full-service relocation assistance and grant funding to make moving stress-free. Transition to a new chapter of your life with the support and resources you need.

  • 3. Stay In Place (SIP) Program (Sell)

Homeowners can sell their homes traditionally while remaining in them as tenants. This innovative option eliminates the costs and hassles of relocation while providing financial benefits like cash at closing, reduced rent, and relief from home maintenance, property taxes, and HOA dues. With potential tax savings on equity received, this program offers a unique blend of stability and financial freedom. (Please consult a tax professional for specific tax inquiries.) In limited circumstances, eligible homeowners may be able to buy-back their property at a future date within 36-months or less.

  • 4. AFAgives Program (Donate)

 

  • AFAgives Program (Donate): For those with a philanthropic heart, the AFAgives Program allows homeowners to donate their properties to house those in need. Donations are tax-deductible through our third-party 501(c)(3) partner and provide a sense of dignity and purpose. By donating instead of opting for a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, homeowners contribute to housing up to 400 people per property donated while experiencing the intrinsic rewards of giving back by turning their plight into an endless possibility.
